Overview
Following a heavy remodeling phase in a prominent Pacific Heights mansion, the space was plagued by fine particulate dust and leftover construction adhesives tightly bonded to newly set tiles and hardwood floors.
The Execution
Using true HEPA-filtered industrial vacuums and multi-pass damp extraction wipes, we cleared all particulate matter. Safe, surface-specific solvents were used cautiously to strip out grout haze and overspray without dulling modern luxury fixtures.
